Product Care

All bags except bucket bags are machine washable on a gentle "wool wash" cycle.  Do not tumble dry.  Do not dry clean.  Bucket bags can be sponge cleaned.

Where do your wools come from?

We mainly use wools from Jamieson's of Shetland. One-off projects may use wool from other sources e.g. Portuguese wool from Burel Mountan Originals, or Phileas Yarns, York.

Where do your lining fabrics come from?

I buy all my fabrics directly from the factory of Scottish Linen in Fife. I buy mainly linens and cotton fabrics. Some of the single-coloured fabrics that have a pattern may include a small percentage of other materials such as nylon. We lso occasionally use upcycled fabrics from the Borders Scrapstore in Musselburgh, East Lothian.
